WHO AM I?

Aerial Artist and Aerial Arts Instructor

The aerial arts began as a simple discovery.
A first Pole Dance class during a friend’s hen party, almost like a little interlude, before that interlude gradually began to take an unexpected place in my life.

Then came Aerial Hoop, Hammock, Contortion and many other disciplines.
Each discovery fed the next and gradually expanded my world.

What began as a curiosity slowly became an immense space for learning, creativity, expression and connection.

From practice to teaching

My first amateur performance at the Cabaret Sauvage gave a new direction to my journey.
There, I discovered the joy of creating an act, building an atmosphere,

telling a story through the body and bringing an idea to life.

My performance experiences then multiplied across very different venues and artistic worlds,

while teaching naturally began to take an increasingly important place in my work.
Through teaching, I discovered another form of creativity: observing, understanding, finding the right words, adapting a movement and guiding each person along their own path.

At the same time, I continued to develop both professionally and personally, training with

international artists recognised for their work and their teaching.
Classes, workshops, training courses and travels still continue to nourish my practice and the way I teach today.

Because for me, becoming a teacher has never meant stopping being a student.
Continuing to learn, deepen my technique and discover different ways of working

is an essential part of the way I teach.

A teaching approach that feels like me

After several years of teaching in the Paris region, but also throughout France and Europe,

the way I teach continued to evolve with the development of online classes and

one-to-one coaching.

Private classes gradually began to hold a very special place in my journey,

even in my little apartment in Issy-les-Moulineaux,

which slowly became a small cocoon dedicated to aerial practice.

There, I found a way of teaching that truly feels like my own:

attentive to details, sensations, individual goals and each person’s journey.

I love understanding why a move works, breaking it down, adapting a placement,

finding another way to explain it and offering different paths towards the same movement.

And above all, I love taking the time.

Time to observe, understand, repeat, allow a technique to settle,

and guide each student towards a practice that truly feels like their own.

Exploring, creating, sharing

Over time, that curiosity has also led me towards more unconventional paths.

Hair Hang first became part of my practice as a deeply personal exploration.
I took the time to find my own path within the discipline, to understand its sensations,

technique and subtleties before eventually beginning to teach it myself.

In another form, Hooxperience was born: an educational Aerial Hoop game

designed to learn, understand, create and play with your practice.
A beautiful adventure that now continues in the hands of everyone who owns a copy.

These projects also reflect an important part of the way I work:

exploring, continuing to learn and imagining new ways to share what I discover.

But my desire to create, build and share only keeps growing.

New formats, new educational projects and probably

a few more unconventional ideas will naturally shape what comes next.

☁️ Le Petit Nuage

Le Petit Nuage was born as a natural continuation of this entire journey.

A little haven designed around the way I teach.

A human-scale capsule dedicated to aerial arts, learning, experimentation and unconventional projects.

Today, I offer private classes, semi-private classes and different workshop formats around

Aerial Hoop, Hammock and Pole Dance,

as well as more unusual disciplines such as

Aerial Chains, Mini Hoop, Aerial Sphere, Aerial Moon and Hair Hang.

Le Petit Nuage has become a natural extension of my teaching approach:

a space where there is time to learn, understand, repeat,

progress and allow your own practice to take shape.

And ultimately…

When aerial arts first entered my life, I thought I was simply discovering a new obsession.

I ultimately found far more than I had come looking for:

a new relationship with my body, a language, a way to create, tell stories and share.
Stages, travels, projects and above all, encounters that have deeply shaped my journey.

I built my career through it, of course, but also an essential part of who I am.

And that exploration continues.

I continue to learn, deepen my practice, develop my teaching

and imagine new ways to create and share.

Because aerial arts remain, for me, a living space

where there will always be something new to understand, feel, share or invent.

Welcome to my world 🍓 ☁️
