Semi-Private Class Information
The concept
Weekly classes in very small groups of up to 3 participants, combining personalised guidance with the energy of a group class.
Classes last 1.5 hours and include:
• Warm-up and preparation
• Conditioning with the apparatus
• Work on tricks and techniques
• Transitions and/or combos
• Variations adapted to each participant’s level
Disciplines & prerequisites
Aerial Chains & Mini Hoop
Prerequisite: having completed a 2.5-hour introductory workshop at Le Petit Nuage in the relevant discipline.
Intermediate / Advanced Aerial Hoop
Prerequisites:
You should already feel comfortable with most of the basic Aerial Hoop vocabulary:
Man in the Moon, Amazon, Scarab, Chest Press, Mermaid, Angel, Arabesque, Delilah, Open Delilah, Knee Hang, Elbow Hang, Gazelle, Candlestick, Running Man, Back Balance, Front Balance…
You should also have solid conditioning and body placement foundations:
• Feel comfortable with inversions and be able to perform 2 to 3 in a row
• Be able to hold a two-handed Meathook
• Feel comfortable with Skin the Cat, ideally including the return
• Be able to perform at least 1 to 2 pull-ups
• Feel comfortable entering Front Balance
• Have good overall flexibility — splits are not required, but recommended
You do not need to meet 100% of this list: the main idea is to have solid foundations and feel comfortable with most of these elements.
Schedule
Intermediate / Advanced Aerial Hoop
• Monday from 8:00 pm to 9:30 pm (1.5 hours)
Aerial Chains
• Tuesday from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm (1.5 hours)
Mini Hoop
• Tuesday from 8:00 pm to 9:30 pm (1.5 hours)
Price & conditions
• 27€ per person for a 1.5-hour class
• Classes are booked and paid for individually
• Cancellations are possible up to 48 hours before the class.
After this deadline, the session will be considered due and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

How to book
Step 1: Log in or create your account on the website or app.
Step 2: Select the class time that works best for you.
Step 3: Use the credits from your class pack if you already have one, or proceed with payment to complete your booking.
After your purchase, remember to click “Complete your booking”, then “Book”.
You will receive a confirmation email containing all the important information.
