2.5-Hour Workshop Information
The concept
The workshops last 2.5 hours:
• Warm-up on the floor and with the apparatus
• Work on tricks and techniques
• Transitions and/or combos
• Time at the end of the session to revisit what was covered and film yourself if you wish
And because a little treat after all that effort is always welcome 🌸
• A small snack at the end of the workshop with a drink and a homemade vegan pastry
The disciplines
The 2.5-hour workshops are available in the following disciplines:
• Aerial Moon
• Aerial Chains
• Aerial Sphere
• Mini Hoop
The workshops are primarily designed as introductory sessions,
but more or less advanced options can be offered depending on the group’s level.
Price & conditions
• €60 for a 2.5-hour workshop
• Cancellations are possible up to 10 days before the workshop.
After this deadline, a refund will only be possible if another participant is found to take your place.

How to book
Step 1: Log in or create your account on the website or app.
Step 2: Select the class time that works best for you.
Step 3: Use the credits from your class pack if you already have one, or proceed with payment to complete your booking.
After your purchase, remember to click “Complete your booking”, then “Book”.
You will receive a confirmation email containing all the important information.

📩 After booking, you will receive all the information you need to access the studio by email.
🔗 For online classes, the Zoom link is also sent after booking.
😺🐶 My cat and dog, Yogourt and Lady, are present at the studio.
