Hair Hang Workshop Information
An immersive workshop of around 6 hours designed to introduce you to Hair Hang, help you understand its technical foundations and give you the tools you need to continue developing your practice progressively.
The workshop includes:
• Introduction to Hair Hang
• Introduction to the equipment
• Learning how to create and secure the hair bun
• Scalp preparation and warm-up
• Progressive exercises to become familiar with the sensations and suspension
• Working on body placement and comfort while suspended
• Explorations solo, with others and/or using an apparatus
Equipment & preparation
All the equipment needed for the workshop is provided.
Each participant will also receive the training equipment needed to continue practising independently after the workshop.
After booking, you will receive specific instructions on how to prepare your hair and scalp before the workshop.
Price & conditions
• €185 for approximately 6 hours of training
• Cancellations are possible up to 10 days before the workshop.
After this deadline, a refund will only be possible if another participant is found to take your place.

How to book

Step 3: Use the credits from your class pack if you already have one, or proceed with payment to complete your booking.
After your purchase, remember to click “Complete your booking”, then “Book”.
You will receive a confirmation email containing all the important information.
